Last two (2) years W-2's or 1099's. Two (2) most recent paystubs (must be current within 30 days) Homeowner's insurance declaration page. (If needed, we can assist you in locating and then communicating with an insurance agent.) If self-employed, last two (2) years tax returns. If applying for Nehemiah, FHA, VA or conforming mortgages, last three months bank statements, pension or 401-K statements, and savings statements. Signed Borrower's Authorization Form issued by A-1 Any Credit Mortgage.
